I met with three attorneys before selecting Elaine. I found excellent recommendations for her. Elaine’s fee is comparable with experienced and competent attorneys. Elaine was able to turn me totally around from what I thought would be a painful experience to what became a collaborative, low stress, fair, and timely result. She provided me with excellent representation and some tremendous life learning. I can highly recommend Elaine.

She educated me to the various processes available beyond litigious acrimonious separations. She helped me move my thinking and grow into a set of options that made my situation go from intractable and uncomfortable, to positive and hopeful. Her fees are standard, but she puts in the work necessary to earn them; really demonstrating her value. This is including going above and beyond in terms of advocating for the client and interacting with my counterparty's legal and all our collaborative divorce team. Wow. Called the office spoke to Mrs. silver herself and just wow. Get ready to pay $400 right off the bat for a consultation. Most attorneys have $0 consultation fees. Explained a bit to her about my current situation and was basically laughed off like everything I was saying was a joke. Very unprofessional and uneducated. Save yourself your time and go with someone else. Obviously quite a few people have paid her rediculous fees so she doesn’t need anymore income than that! Lol what a joke

From my first conversation with David, I was thrilled with his speed and accuracy. David not only led me through the judicial system, he negotiated with the mortgage company at the same time. David was able to not only stop the foreclosure and eventually get it thrown out of court, but also set me up for the short sale process, help get a tenant removed that was no longer paying rent, get the HOA to help clear up some items as well.
