I can't recommend David and Katz and Phillips more. After being arrested I was referred to him by a friend and couldn't be happier. Through his in-depth knowledge of the law and attention to detail David was able to determine the arresting didn't have cause in the case and was able to get all charges dropped in under a month. The speed and communication with which he executes is unparalleled and I am forever grateful.

I first hired David Katz for a DUI (2nd) arrest in 2008. Not sure what to expect, I was ready for my day in court, when he called me on my way to the courthouse to let me know that a plea deal was reached, and I would be pleading guilty to a reckless driving charge instead of a 2nd offense DUI!! What a relief!! I have since referred him to all of my friends that find themselves in a dui arrest, and he has been successful every single time in avoiding a dui conviction. Client for life, but hopefully not needed!!

this is an excellent walk law firm. The attorneys are honest, they care about their clients, and our in general very good people. I wish there were more attorneys that were like the law firm. They help resolve conflicts and get you the best solution in any given situation.

I first met David Katz in 2008. A friend of mine was arrested for DUI and I was a witness in the case. David worked very hard to help my friend and he ended up without a DUI and with no permanent criminal record. In 2010, I was arrested for DUI. Through his hard work, David got the charges dropped. In 2015 I again hired David on a DUI case. Again, no DUI conviction. I work in the restaurant industry. To date, I have sent 24 people to David who were arrested for DUI. 23 of them hired David on their cases and none of them have ended with a DUI conviction, including the most recent one, in which my friend texted me today to share the great news that David had gotten his case completely dropped. The one person who did not hire David hired another local DUI lawyer who was $500 cheaper that David. On the advice of his less expensive lawyer, he pled guilty to DUI. David and his firm have also represented me on things other than DUI. I have always been thrilled with the representation and the outcomes have always been outstanding. Thank you to David Katz and everyone at Katz & Phillips. You would have to be crazy to hire any other firm for a criminal case. I have and continue to highly recommend Katz & Phillips
