I consulted with, and subsequently hired Gideon to help resolve an issue with a past creditor. on title search; a lien for almost $10K was found to be attached to a rental property I was selling. I filed bankruptcy almost ten years ago with the help of another attorney that included that debt, however it didn't completely go away. After a couple consultations with other attorneys who told me I would just have to pay the lien, I met with Gideon. He was confident the law was on my side and had the lien stripped shortly thereafter. I closed in April with no issues, thank you!
