A competent honest attorney!

Alex was the first and last call I made when I needed representation. He made the process easy and stress free. I was very happy with his rates, communication and incredibly pleased with the resolution! I would absolutely use him again if needed!

I had some aged unsettled debt that resulted in 2 judgments against me. I wanted to get them addressed, but after a little research realized that the payoff balance had increased drastically due to late fees and accrued interest over the years. I knew that attempting to negotiate and/or settle these accounts on my own would be a huge challenge. I decided to contact an attorney for help with this, but after several expensive consultations none were willing to help. Alex was my last attempt. When I called him to explain my situation, not only was he willing to help me, but he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the process, and my best options free of charge. Alex was able to get both of my judgements settled for significantly less than face value of the original judgement amounts. The collection agencies were not quick to respond to us which made it a bit of a lengthy process, but Alex stayed vigilant and got it done. He always provided me with updates even if there hadn’t been much movement since our last communication. Anytime I contacted him with a question or concern, I heard back from him right away. Alex dealt with me directly throughout the entire process. I knew from the moment we initially spoke on the phone that I was in good hands. I now have both judgments settled and feel like I can breathe again! I highly recommend Alex to anyone that finds themselves in a situation like mine and is in need of legal assistance. Alex was absolutely amazing! I called to Get some information about what we should do about judgement that was served to my mom and although he wasn’t located anywhere near where she lives. He was kind, professional and he was so helpful in giving me direction as far as he could given the circumstances but advised me that I should contact someone local which would be in her best interest. He never rushed me off the phone, he was a complete gentleman. Thanks so much Alex for helping to know which direction to take next.

An absolute pleasure to speak with! I had some in depth questions that probably went a bit past a consultation but Alex was more then willing to answer them and took the time to explain his reasoning behind his answers.
