I was in a car accident several years and the attorney I had retired. I was nervous to have to start fresh again fro the beginning however that was not necessary. My wife experienced a fall at a resort due to a "heaved" sidewalk that resulted in several injuries that included broken bones in her hand requiring pins, striking her head on concrete, and a lacerated knee. After the hospital treatment, when we asked the resort about covering any expenses, their reply was "why do you think we should be held responsible?". We then contacted Legal Shield (as members) who referred us to David. He and his staff did a great job as our advocate and obtained a settlement that reimbursed all of our (and the insurance company's) expenses as well as some additional funds to offset loss of work income and pain/suffering.
