Mr Alper and his staff were extremely professional and helpful during an exceptionally difficult period in my life. They treated me with respect and kept me informed of my circumstances throughout my financial difficulties. I would definitely recommend him to people in a financial crisis.

Mr. Alper is very straightforward and responsive - exactly what is needed when one is in a difficult and unfamiliar situation. The documentation he provides at the initial consultation is very thorough. It tells you exactly how the process works and what to expect. Is it strict? Yes! But this is a strict area of the law with little room for error. Did I make mistakes? Yes! Even then, Mr. Alper or someone on his staff was very quick to call me, assess the situation and give me direction. Speaking of the staff, Sarah (admin) and Jackie (paralegal), are a pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and responsive. The few questions I had that I could not find answers to in the documentation, were responded to very quickly by Jackie, Sarah or even Mr. Apler when appropriate. I usually got a response the same day - often within minutes. This is easily the most stressful situation I have ever been in and I suspect it is the same for most people reading this review. Do yourself a favor, read everything you can on Mr. Alpers blog (www.alperlaw.com). Write your questions down and ask them at the initial consultation. Then follow the process. This is your situation and these guys know how to guide you through it professionally, but you have to do your part.

At the time we contacted Mr. Alper we felt we had hit rock bottom with our debts. After being ripped off by a debt reduction company that took thousands of dollars and paid nothing towards the debt, we cantacted Mr. Alper. Mr. Alper and his Staff made us feel like we were not horrible people for taking this route. They reassured us throughout the process. Mr. Alper and his Staff (Jackie) kept us informed through our the whole process. They were very helpful and responded to our questions and emails. We can't think Mr. Alper and Jackie enough for everything thing they done and for helping us preserve our dignity through out this process.
