There are not enough stars to review Strawcutter Law. William has been an amazing person to work with. Not only is he fair, but He truly cared about mine and my kids best interest in my case. When my wife was recently served with a lawsuit by a creditor she was devastated. Piling bills and a lack of hours at her job really put her behind. Luckily, while looking for Bankruptcy Attorney's in our area, I found Attorney Strawcutter and his team. He was very knowledgeable and put my wife's mind at ease. In less than two weeks he filed her petition and soon everything will be behind us. If your looking for Bankruptcy Attorney I highly recommend Strawcutter Law!

As it says on their website, I am outraged about Injustice. I would just like to know why on Earth would you would advise an almost 90 y/o woman with no possessions, 1 payment left on her personal car, who is in the beginning stages of dementia to file bankruptcy? If she just didn't pay her credit card, she would be in the exact same situation she's in now, living with me, with ruined credit, only it wouldn't have affected my ability to get to work and help support her, so actually her situation is much worse now. You took payment from her credit card and left her high and dry and did not even notify us that my car was up for repossession, no court date, nothing, which you 100% knew about. I'm filling a complaint with the Florida Bar and wherever else I have to to make it known what you've done to us. I have lost my job now. I have no way to support her now and instead of just having ruined credit, she's going to be in a nursing home for the indigent and I'm going to be homeless. As for my career as an insurance agent, it will be next to impossible to get another job with a bankruptcy and repossession attached to my credit. Why did you tell her my car was protected and why didn't you advise me of the imminent repossession. This is extremely negligent, immoral and just indecent. You have not heard the last of this. And not returning our calls for over a week? Just so very uncaring and unprofessional. My car was tied up in the bankruptcy and neither my mother nor myself were given any forewarning about the repossession or how to handle the lease. I've lost my job. My daughter is in the same situation. Is her car going to be repossessed as well? You offered no assistance or information on what to do. We were under the impression the leased cars were protected under the bankruptcy since my mother was the primary and we were consignors. You neglected to advise us of hearing dates or any of our rights or responsibilities. My mother lives with me and is partially dependent on my income, which I no longer have, as my job required me to have a vehicle to meet with clients and other networking events. Now she no longer has my income assistance and we can no longer afford the place we are renting. What would you suggest? Is that truly helping your client, my mother? Most importantly, why did you advise an elderly woman with dementia to file bankruptcy without having her consult her family for advice first? That is the question. And it's lovely you respond only when you get a negative public review. You called from a blocked number, told me you were on vacation and that your clerk would call me. He called yesterday, a week after my initial panic at having my car repossessed, gave me a phone number and a case number, refused to speak to me or even listen to my concern. When I called that number they told me to call VW Credit, which I had already done and they were so much more helpful than your answering service. Thanks.
