When my bank account was garnished Alex was on the case. He explained everything in detail, we talked next steps and he got to working with the creditors. In about a week I had my bank account back with the funds returned and I was able to negotiate a payment plan, even when the creditors were telling me it wasn't possible.

Although our case had its ups and downs, Charles remained calm, reassuring, and always available to answer any of our questions and alleviate any of our fears / concerns.
