I had a slip-and-fall accident at a local restaurant, tearing my shoulder Rotator Muscles. I was referred to Snedaker Law Firm by a mutual business friend. My first conversation was with Mike Palacios, and I could tell that he cared about me as a person, he explained in great depth what I could expect to happen during the process of my case. I had already hired an attorney, but after speaking with Mike for just 20 minutes, I fired that first attornty and hired Snedaker Law Firm to handle my case. Let me explain that within that first 20-minute conversation Mike and I had, Mike, educated me more and gave me better insight into what this case could look like than the multiple conversations I had with the other attorney. Most importantly, I felt in my heart that this law firm sincerely cared about me as a person, not just another "case to win". My primary contact person was Mike Palacios, Shannon's Legal Assistant, and Mike ALWAYS answered his Cell phone or at least returned my call generally the same day, even a few times after hours. Snedaker Law Firm handled everything throughout the process getting all of the Medical providers on board to provide treatment and therapy, as well as handling and negotiating their fees when we settled the case. We settled the case, and I received a little more than what the firm first thought they could get for me. I was grateful for how well Snedaker Law Firm handled my case. They under-promised and over-delivered... Even after my case was settled, they have been amazing at being sure that I was happy, and that everything was well with me. YES... I would highly recommend Snedaker Law Firm to anyone looking for a reputable, caring Law Firm.

I was rear-ended in a car accident last Fall, and found Snedaker Law based on stellar online reviews. They did not disappoint! Right from the start, I felt at ease in the process to come. Shelby was an incredible help, very accessible, and I always felt cared for. They helped me get the therapies I needed, and when it was time, came through very quickly with a more than fair settlement. Never once did I feel pushed to do anything I was uncomfortable with, as Snedaker Law truly wanted what was best for me. I cannot recommend them enough! I had the pleasure of working with Shelby at Snedaker Law. Back in September I got into a car accident, leaving my vehicle totaled. I had no direction to go and was unsure of which steps to take. I had the need to reach out to them after I was being taken advantage of by a medical facility both financially and in treatment care, by the "Doctor" (found out his real position later) from a car accident and I was getting nowhere fast. SNEDAKER LAW is an excellent group of attorneys and paralegals, when the uncertain and unexpected struck my family( car accident) SL was there for us from the beginning to the end, extremely passionate and understanding , they fought for us and made sure we were taking care of through medical needs and financial.
