I contracted him to write a partnership agreement. He refused to defend the agreement when it was violated. He reffered me to another lawyer who bilked me. When I asked him to return the retainer I mailed his office before he took the case he returned a small portion saying I had used it up. [He refused the case] . Net loss $35,000.00 and 9 months work for my wife and myself.
