I live in Arizona and had to hire an attorney in Florida to get my daughter back to live with me because I had a joint custody agreement that was not working out in the best interests of my child..in fact it turned out to be detrimental. Mrs. Lively was very quick to respond by getting me an Emergency Hearing with the Judge within ten days of contacting and hiring her. With her assistance, i won and was able to bring my daughter back to Arizona and eventually won sole custody. I wish that she was dual licensed to practice in Arizona as well because I would refer a lot of clients to her because she is an outstanding professional!!
