When I first talked to Sean, I advised him I wanted a chapter 7 but wanted to keep my truck, which he replied I would be able to. He told me he would do the bankruptcy for $2,200,00 in which I provided half down to begin with the understanding that the balance would be due before I could actually file, They sent out the paperwork in which I filled it out along with all other documentation requested. After the office staff looked at it I was told I had to file Chapter 13 due to the equity in my truck, That wasn't communicated when I originally talked to Sean, So, I called in one day and asked to speak with Sean, Sean was less than happy he had to explain the whole situation but after he did I had no recourse at this point, On the day of the bankruptcy I did most of the talking, and after, Sean never called to see how I felt about the process, I wouldn't go back, I wouldn't want to bother him
