I called Sean Koplow because I needed help with a financial matter and his website mentioned his office works with people, charges reasonable fees and is anxious to help. His paralegal was wonderful, but when I spoke to Mr. Koplow, he was cold, robotic, and sounded irritated. He didn’t seem interested in listening- just efficiently getting to the end of several questions. He quoted me a flat, upfront fee. No attempt to offer a payment plan or any other type of help. The process felt very clinical and impersonal. I got the impression he didn’t want the case, and so offered no advice or assistance. When I told him I didn’t have the (fairly high) fee he charged, he told me I should borrow it. Maybe he’s wonderful with people he wants to represent, but he treated me like an unpleasant nuisance he wanted to get off the phone.

Sean is a premium quality attorney, he knows exactly what he is doing and makes everything clear for you, it was a relief after speaking with him and deciding to go with him after searching and investigating numerous firms. The staff is also what did it for me, Arlene and Johnathan were so accommodating. They walked me through everything, every question was answered and explained in depth ! They broke everything down into layman's terms so that I could understand the process. I felt well informed throughout the process. They were always available for calls and I could feel the vibe of hospitality. I have referred others and will continue to do so. Filing bankruptcy is not a walk in the park, there are many steps and it can make you feel lost and hopeless. I always realized the complications along the way but I continuously felt at ease, becuase they take care of you ! There are hundreds of law firms you can choose from, but few that put you at ease while taking care of your business. Overall I am thankful to have been referred to this firm, and now I am on my way to financial stability ! Many thanks !
