Attorney Casanova brings customer service, and more importantly results, to a whole new level. She personally explained each step she would take to resolve my ticket issues and how much it would cost (prices were very , very fair). Most importantly, she DID what she said she would.

Tarek Kiem offered to handle my simple Chapter 7 bankruptcy for $1,000 plus fees and promised to file within 24 hours. I accepted the offer. As soon as I sent him my confidential financial information, he rescinded the offer. He breached attorney-client privilege, conflict-of-interest provisions, as well as other laws. Kiem cannot be trusted with confidential financial information. I am extremely disappointed.
