I took Atty Posada up on his offer for a free half hour consultation. He ended up speaking with me for a about 45 minutes and gave me a ton of information. I would definitely hire him if I needed him going forward.

I spent literally hours on the internet searching for a particular tenant vs. landlord question. When Mr Posada returned my call, he did so in a very timely manner. He explained to me thoroughly the elusive information I was seeking on the internet for nearly two hours. It was the manner in which he broke the bits of information down to me into easily processable pieces of information that totally blew me away. Christian is a great attorney and very personable on top of it. I felt like I had the backing of someone who would do whatever it would take to make sure I had the most amount of information to make an informed decision but also for our case. In addition he gave me his opinion on everything that the case covered and the possible outcomes, but he would always defer to me to make sure I understood what we were going over. I looked for a real estate lawyer who speaks spanish and with good rating in my area and I was very happy with the results. After only one meeting and a signature of an agreement, Mr Christian D. Posada started working on my case (right away)and helped me to feel more confident when buying my house. It was my first house and I was not really sure about the steps and if I can trust this and that, but Mr Posada was there to investigate and save me money and future problems. One of the things for which I was very happy with the job he did, was that he fount out that the house I was buying had some unpaid utilities. The day of the closing Mr Posada told the seller that we will not close the deal until we get written notice that all utility bills were paid. The seller did everything from his computer.
