My daughter's accident was handeled by Warner & Fitzmartin. When it seemed to be taking a long time I got permission from my daughter to be included on the case. I found that all of her phone calls were being returned and whenever anything changed, she was informed. When my daughter rejected the first settlement offer, Ms Fitzmartin kept negotiating and got a better settlement. Working with my daughter required some extra accomadations which were always met. Finally, Ms. Fitzmartin made sure that hospitals and doctors had been taken care of so there was nothing left for us to worry about. I was also impressed that we dealt directly with Ms. Fitzmartin and not her staff.

I highly recommend using Elissa if you are in need of an injury lawyer. She is very professional, great to work with and gets things done. I had an unfortunate injury at the gym where I chipped my tooth due to negligence on the gym staff not inspecting their equipment. Elissa did the majority of the leg work and was able to win the case above and beyond. I was only expecting to get 10k or below and she was able to get 25k from the gym I was injured at.
