I am very pleased with the courtesy and fairness I was provided by this office. They were extremely conscientious, good communicators, and reliable experts. It was necessary for me to use their services when I was out of town and unable to meet with them face-to-face. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Very pleased all the way around.

I must admit, professional, kind & super knowledgeable but on the downside, I feel that I was tricked out of my initial payment of $350. I paid money just to get told that my case couldn’t be handled. It was not fair treatment at all. And all responses & emails stopped after that. That’s the part about people in life today that I find so rude….all smiles are glowing and communication is flowing to get the money out of you & once they get the money, all communication cease & they disappear.

I first saw Ms. Codd to defend me in a collections case a few years ago. Then in late 2020, I came back for assistance with a second case. Ms. Codd was able to handle every aspect of my case from filing an initial claim for personal injury and property damages, helping me review loan and purchase contracts for a new vehicle, and fighting my health insurance company and winning when they denied my claim for an accident-related surgery. Ms. Codd even did all my estate planning prior to my spinal surgery and defended me from wrongful medical billing collections after the procedure was complete. Her office handled everything for me even if it was not their primary area of practice just so I would not have to go through the stress of looking elsewhere while I was injured. Worked with her for a contractor that stiffed me on 10k. This contractor mid lawsuit then filed bankruptcy to avoid collection. not only did she help me sue this guy but she helped explain the collection process and helped me navigate the bankruptcy issue so I can start collecting money this guy owed me.
