Ms. Codd was able to handle every aspect of my case from filing an initial claim for personal injury and property damages, helping me review loan and purchase contracts for a new vehicle, and fighting my health insurance company and winning when they denied my claim for an accident-related surgery. Ms. Codd even did all my estate planning prior to my spinal surgery and defended me from wrongful medical billing collections after the procedure was complete. Her office handled everything for me even if it was not their primary area of practice just so I would not have to go through the stress of looking elsewhere while I was injured. She is not just a good lawyer, but a really caring person. Worked with her for a contractor that stiffed me on 10k. This contractor mid lawsuit then filed bankruptcy to avoid collection. not only did she help me sue this guy but she helped explain the collection process and helped me navigate the bankruptcy issue so I can start collecting money this guy owed me.
