Recently I went to Attorney Dan P Moody for advice regarding a procedure performed at a local Medical facility. In preparation for the procedure, the nurse administered an IV needle incorrectly. She obviously did something wrong because my arm was swollen up to my elbow. I had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment. The following day I had to return to the Emergency Room as my condition worsened. I asked Dan Moody if I had a case of malpractice. He was very informative. He explained the steps necessary to proceed with litigation. The costs I would incur and the time it would require did not warrant any further action. His patient, professional manner would encourage me to recommend his service to anyone I know. I thank him for his time and advice.
