Failure

Melani was very robotic and not a warm or friendly individual. She did not provide any compassion or support and seemed disinterested in what the matter was at hand. Very disappointing that the front end staff are so unprofessional. I expected a warm, empathetic person, not a person sounding like they were disinterested and should be working fast food or retail. a de-humanizing experience by someone who could care less. I’ll keep my experience in mind every time I hear a radio commercial and if anyone ever asks for a suggestion for a law firm I will remember the experience with Melani Rodriguez. She seems to need to further training on how to be successful at the role that she does not seem to know that she has. Further education and a reflection of her personal career goals appear to be a requirement of her remaining with the company.

John Morgan talks about "for the people and how no case is to small" . Then tells how they can't assist me any further. I can only assume it's because there wasn't enough money involved. And now its every man for himself !.Thanks john

Very slow , no communication from attorney, and then you have to complain for them to do their job!
