I never got return calls...I live in Chicago and they gave me an office in florida....ssd even said my lawyer never returned calls...terrible firm...I got more help and info from ssd then from Morgan & Morgan and now they take part of my back pay for doing nothing

Personally I'm finding it extremely hard to trust Morgan and Morgan. After talking to them I started to read all of the reviews that stated they never call back unless it's convenient for them, you can't ever get ahold of them, they never respond, and I'm telling you it's true! At Morgan and Morgan you are a $. I'm beyond terrified to discuss anything with anyone including my Dr due to the multiple emails that they send. I'm afraid I'm being followed and stalked by private eyes, and now I have people calling me claiming to be from Morgan and Morgan, I refuse to answer my phone, who knows where they're from or who they're actually with. When I contacted the one person who I've talked to I haven't heard back... it's been 3 days. If it were me I would do more research and go somewhere that values communication, but that's just my personal opinion. The one good thing they did do was get us in with a great Dr for good follow up care for the injuries sustained. That I am grateful for.

Communication is lacking at best. I continuously have to reach out only to get treated like that is exactly what I am supposed to do, not the other way around. My case has been settled and I would like my settlement sooner than later. The last communication was an email in july that the doctor wanted a certain amount and they were negotiating and the only reason I got that email response is because I reached out. I heard nothing until i sent an email september 25, to which i got a reply that the doc agreed to a certain amount, and the paperwork would be put together and sent out to me ASAP. So i emailed back on Oct 9, since i haven't heard anything and didn't really get a clear cut answer. So i called today and was told they were waiting on me...really?..p.s. i have all these emails. So with that being said i would like a resolution fairly Expedited. And no I would not recommend this law firm to anyone!!!
