I was involved in an auto accident which caused multiple injuries that resulted in medical procedures. I hired Kevin Balentine from Smith, Feddeler & Smith, P.A. to represent me. He was diligent in keeping me up to date on my case and fought with the insurance company to make sure I received a fair compensation. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I began with Guy Smith 13 years ago and had no idea how this journey would end. During the course of my workers comp case I encountered all sorts of hurdles but Brad Smith and his team helped me navigate and come to a favorable conclusion. During my thirteen year ordeal this firm worked with me every step of the way. Amy, Lynn, Terri and Jean all communicated throughout the process. I received great medical care and support. A couple of years ago I also sought the assistance of George Mason and Debbie in getting my Disability /Social Security approved. My overall experience with this law firm is not only favorable but I felt like part of a team. They are professional, kind, supportive and got me through it all. Ginger Smith (no relation to the Smith attorneys) was the last person I dealt with. She answered questions about our settlement and guided us to the end. I really appreciate all they did for me and recommend highly.

Great team

I hired Carl Feddeler after I was hit in my back with a chair by a student. I was told by Feddeler zi was NOT going gto get any money. I filed papers with the court. The opposing attorney helped me get some money and I still had to pay Feddeler. Now, three years later, I am suffering from back problems. I have pain in my hip and legs. I am scheduled for surgery. Feddeler gets a zero star.

Attorney Scott Eldridge, is aggressive, assertive and a take charge type of attorney. Attorney Eldridge will fight for what is owed to the you as the injured worker for your worker compensation benefits. Attorney reminds you that he is your voice, even when you feel like you have no voice. He is an advocate for his clients.

I Hired the law office, of Smith, Feddele, for my workers compassion case. Attorney Nelson and his staff, where up front with everything tell me the good and told me the bad when it comes to a workman's comp case they were very professional .communicated with them through phone emails and they always got back to me within a day or sooner. If I ever need a lawyer again I would definitely use this law office . And if anyone asks me about a good lawyer, definitely Smith and Feddele.

I have never been advised and informed so well. Lynn Davidson is so very kind, caring and helpful. Mr. Nelson takes his time with you and answers questions so you understand. They have always got things done for me in a very short time. I ham so thankful I have a caring firm backing me when it comes to workman's comp.

Grossly misrepresented: If you’re looking for an attorney that will not let you speak for yourself, twists others’ words and uses them against you and allows the opposing party to use lies to build a case against you, this is your guy. Never have I been more embarrassed and ashamed to be involved in a situation where my full faith and trust was in someone that absolutely did NOT have my best interests in mind.

When I started my case with Mister Carl A. and Julie I didn't know what to think. Today I recommend this law office as one of the best in our area. I would just like to say you can't get a more professional team on your side. Work comp has done everything possible not to remedy the problem but Lyn and Joshua do everything they possibly can to hold them to the flame and get you the best treatment possible I would personally like to thank them for their help and hopefully it all turns out for the best .lord knows Lyn and Joshua put all their effort into getting the best results for you. Attorney Feddeler was awesome and very easy to work with, settled my case quickly and efficiently. Julia was also wonderful and very helpful. whenever I had a question, she had the answer.!!
