Great team

My experience so far has been nothing but amazing. Everyone is so helpful and very understanding as this is my first legal situation, and I'm less than educated in the legality of things. Mr Capron, Amy, and Shelby have been fantastic. I didn't catch her name but the front desk worker who answers all the calls is always very pleasant to talk to and she is quick to transfer you to whomever you need. Couldn't be happier with my experience so far. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with workers comp related problems at this point!

I am grateful for Mr. Mark Capron of Smith, Feddeler & Smith Law Firm. I have been fighting my employer for several years on an injury I received at work. I found Mr. Capron and knew deep down in my heart he was the right Attorney to represent me. He is very knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process and thoroughly explained my rights. He treated me with the upmost respect and assured me I was in good hands. My experience with the law firm of Smith, Feddeler & Smith, P.A. was a humbly, grateful memorable event I will cherished fondly. Mr. Kevin Balentine and Jo Wamsley and team worked tirelessly to ensure all my needs were met. Mr. Balentine's expertise and years of experience fortified my case. I was rear-ended in an automobile accident incurred serious injuries. I had undergone Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion Surgery. Mr. Balentine stood by me every step of the way to ensure I was receiving the best treatment and care available. Even when I needed a second opinion and had my doubts he was my cheering squad with my best interest at heart. Jo dutifully researched the extent of my injuries and kept Mr. Balentine informed of a full scope of my progress. It was a tedious journey. I Thank God for Mr. Balentine, his team and their hard work. Every day I am Blessed and Thankful to God to be alive. I have 2 small boys still at home. They are my inspiration full of joy and laughter. I'm healing and getting stronger every day. What happened to me can happen to anyone an unexpected event. Everything seemed OK and legit at first, but horrors ensued as I was lied to and swindled at settlement time. They refused to make things right when I gave them the opportunity to do so. Now, I must hire another attorney to sue Mr. Smith for malpractice or bad business practices and breach of contract, and report him to the Florida Bar for what he did to me. I will not let this go. They are smooth as silk on the outside but without true integrity in my opinion.

I would like to take a moment and commend the team at Smith Fedler and Smith for all they have done and continue to do for me since my burn accident. Lynn has been such a blessing for me in all that she has done to date. The future of me having any quality of life has been in the hands of her and the firm. Thanks so mush for everything.
