I have worked with several of the lawyers in this firm. Theodore, Rick and Will have all been very professional and knowledgeable. Whether it was closing a real estate transaction, creating a contract, reviewing a lease or even some estate planning documents, this firm completed all with great service. With a pretty short timeline Rick and the staff were able to make things happen that should have required weeks longer. The Covid shut down complicated selling my Mom's house. They were able to address the issues and close and fund on the contract date! THANK YOU!
