As a commuter college student I found myself speeding down a major road in Polk County completely unfamiliar with how to handle getting in trouble with the law for the very first time. Not only was I in a different county than where I resided, I was very young & scared. Fulmer Jr. took my speeding ticket to court without hesitation and assured me that everything would be okay. Because it was my first ticket he was able to save me from points and a hefty fine. I am thankful for the quick and easy procedures. Thank you so much for giving a young college kid like me peace of mind. Courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend Mr. Fulmer to anyone in need of top notch law services.

As a receptionist at Fulmer Law P.A. most of my duties are that of an assistant to the staff. I enjoy working with the attorneys and paralegals. I recently came upon a situation where I needed strong, expert legal advice. I had been refered to Fulmer Law by a friend of mine. He too had needed legal advice for an almost similar situation. Family law issues! Mr Fulmer was just what I needed. He encouraged me to take a deep breath, then he walked me through how the process would unfold. He was calm, smart and down to earth. He actually talked to me and not above me. Maybe it was the "deep breath" he encouraged me to take, I'm not sure.....but I do know this, he and his staff helped me in a time of need. Professional and caring.

When dealing with a divorce, child custody, and everything else involved legally during a divorce, you want someone knowledgable, and that will fight for what you want within legal means. Very thankful for Art Fulmer, Jr and his staff....I was dealing with a critical situation and Mr. Fulmer took the time to listen...and gave me hope. 2 months later...the Lord answered my prayers and He used this wonderful attorney and team to do it!!! I just want to say CHristal Holmes at Fulmer Law, PA did an excellent job. She was very professional, efficient and took care of business in a timely manner. The paralegal, Barbara Cline, was very courteous, understanding and did an excellent job for me. I would definitely use Fulmer Law again.... I can tell you from past experiences with other attorneys the most frustrating thing is when you are a client and need to speak to your legal team and all you get is crickets!!! The Fulmer Law Firm is extremely receptive and courteous. When you need your attorney and expect a response you are guaranteed to have a quick response from the paralegals and or Mr Fulmer himself. To me in this line of business it is crucial that the attorney does take time to respond to his or her clients in a timely manner.
