One month after paying retainer and this attorney has not even made contact with his client in jail. Has not filed motions promised. Has not requested discovery as promised. Will not take my calls and will not return calls. A very poor excuse for an attorney in my opinion. I can not even fathom how or why he is an attorney. Do not waste your loved ones time or your money on this guy. Will be calling the Fl. Bar Association.

I’ve used Kevin twice and both times the charges were dismissed . Kevin does not only listen to your needs he uses his years of experience to get you the best out come possible . Easy to talk to easy to understand and easy to trust . He isn’t all fancy and high $ he is efficient and down to earth . I recommend you seek a sit down and consider him before you retain anyone !!!

Kevin is the most down to earth..honest attorney who will take care of your case..People are complaining because their case took a little longer than they liked and other petty excuses but Kevin is one of the only attorneys who will work with you on the cost..sets up an easy payment plan and doesnt stop working on your case because you owe him money..Hes a competent caring attorney!!

Absolutely the worst attorney. If you hire him, be prepared to babysit and stay on top of him like you would a 2 year old. DO NOT place your case in his hands and feel confident you are being represented by someone competent. He might not even show up for court dates. My son was arrested for failure to appear, Kevin didn't bother to show up to his court date. He does not communicate and when you finally do manage to reach him don't believe anything he says. We wasted 6 months listening and believing him. Empty promise after empty promise to file motions and to go see my son to discuss his case. He never has filed the first thing nor has he followed through with a single thing he said he would do. Don't hire him, the state attorneys have no respect for him and it will impact your loved ones case.

So far im not impressed he basicly got me thesame deal as the public defender,wich in polk county isnt saying very much.I personally know several of his clients 4 and they dont have anything good to say about the way is or has represented them.im hoping its just a phase or something but ive gotten a couple of second opinions from other polk county lawyers and from what they say i think my lawyer hates me lol
