Candice Dixson was my attorney with Lopez and Humphries, assisted by Carmen Luciano for my disability claim. They were great! I was so nervous and completely lost in paperwork not to mention the medications I take make it difficult to concentrate sometimes. They were so kind and easy to talk to. They talked to me..not AT me. I emailed their offices a lot and was never made to feel silly or ignored. When I was told someone would be calling me I received that call- on time and Attorney Dixson made me feel like she was personally invested in my case. She never made promises to me regarding outcomes and was honest regarding potential weaknesses in my case. There were two areas that stood out to me. 1. Was how familiar attorney Dixson actually was with my case. She knew my medical history almost as well as I did. 2. Candice and Carmen never drug their feet obtaining medical documentation and making sure it was submitted to my file for the judges review. What a great experience all around.
