I have been with MRs. Melody Lopez since 2014, fighting my case with out stopping including her days off on the weekends, three times went in front of the Judge, until we won the case this year, reinstated to SSDI from May 2014 till present day. This law firm believe in me, no one, any attorney wanted to take my case, only Mrs. Lopez. My case was very complicated, and finally I see the result. My mom just left Mr. Humphries office. He was extremely rude. She called their office and asked about a free consultation regarding workers compensation and the lady on the phone was nice and her an appointment for today because she was surprised that my mom was being jerked around by the insurance company and her employer for the last month and that they could help file a petition for benefits. When she arrived Mr. Humphries was in a bad mood and after she filled out pages of details and offered her own notes for him to copy and review he slid a paper over to her that said he would get 25% of her benefits, she explained that was too high and she wouldn't be able to live. Once he heard that, he dropped the stack of papers in front her, stood up and said, "When you're serious about getting a lawyer and your benefits come back, I have a trial to prepare for." and walked out of the room. Unless you're going bring $$$$ into his office I would advise you to look elsewhere.
