Hired mark last year for a nasty custody battle. He is always on time and also takes pride in his work. He showed up to all the court dates on time and even traveled to Tampa where the case was located. He is very professional and he truly cares. His assistant Carrie is also a huge help. He's helped tremendously and has got everything we've asked for so far. He makes sure everything is noted that you tell him. His assistant always has your file at hand and there are no issues with them getting back to you in a timely fashion. I would recommend mark to anyone going through custody battles.

Mark is Personable, Straight Forward and a Real Person. FYI Just Mark's presence may win the case by showing them you're not messing around because you've hired the Mann. Case Dismissed....... Thank You.

David kaylor is definitely a great attorney. He knows the law and knows our rights. Has helped me tremendously over the past few years and his staff is great as well. I rate kaylor law with a full 5 stars for service, quality, and friendliness. I will never use another attorney again. He has gotten a few criminal charges dismissed for me and even won at trial for me. An awesome trial lawyer! Very affordable for the excellent service and friendship.

Mr. Mcmann got me through a brutal and lengthy divorce. He was always on time for any litigation, hearings, and mediation. As a loving Father, it was very important for my children to raised properly with Thier church, school, and home. As I read the rest of these post/reviews I didn't get that feeling or conduct. Alwayd treated fair and with dignity.

Used Matt Kaylor about 3 times in the last 5 years. He is always punctual, informative and very honest. The judgements I received were favorable and the cost was right on par with the service. I have recommended him to other and would continue to do so in the future.

My then husband and I divorced in 2014. It was amicable and only took one visit to his office. He showed up at the courthouse for the divorce hearing on time and was clear in what I could expect to happen. I have no complaints.

Mr.McMann was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone, ever. He got arrested for DUI, while on my case. He knew nothing about my case and presented none of the evidence I gave to him. He does not belong in family law and has no experience. If I had to give an instance where I had to say something nice about his professional career, I would rather stay completely silent. Mark McMann shouldn't even be allowed to practice law. I hired an attorney, not a frat boy, who is not capable of following the law on his own time. I hope in writing this review NO ONE ever has to deal with the repercussions of their case after Mr. McMann handles it. He does more harm than good!!!!

Mr. mcmann failed to represent me on a simple custody modification. My exam-wife and I had shared custody with no child support , my ex took me to court asking for full custody, I challenged and ask for custody due to the fact that DVD had been evolved with my ex regarding children and the fact she was baker acted for a suicide attempt 6mths prior. Mark failed to bring this to the courts attention. Nothing was addressed except I paid him $2300, had to pay $5000 for my ex-wifes attorney plus $416 monthly child support while still having my son 50 percent of the time, keeping health insurance on him plus paying her 70 percent of whatever she buys him. Mind you nothing else was changed, his office staff is rude, nobody returns emails/phone calls and he dropped the issues without me advising him to do so, and when confronted he says you told him to. He even cancelled hearing that her attorney was fighting us on not wanting DVD records or baker act records admitted into court, sent email saying he will reschedule and never did. He even spoke other clients he was representing.

I moved to Illinois in May. I was referred to Mark Mcmann from another lawyer. He called me on Friday night at 6:30 at night, and he seemed thoughtfull. After the talk, I asked him how much to retain him, he said we talk later on that. He asked me to fax the paper work to his office. I did so, no one in the office knew what is was about. I informed is receptionist the talk Mark and I had, mark never responded. My court date is coming close, now I have to go about it alone. If he wanted nothing to do with the case, he should have said that, not lead me to believe all is well and ok. I will NEVER recommend him, NEVER hire him in future issues. Its funny that he dont respond to emails, or phone calls, and always away for trials or with clients all the time.

Mark helped me on my child support case with the opposing attorney being Ted Weeks Mark got exactly what I Was asking for, He helped take all my worries away. Would defiantly recommend him:) Thanks Mark & your team for all your help

I had a horrible experience with Mr. Mcmann. I hired him to help me in an injunction case. My original child support case was located in Tampa, so he had it moved to Lakeland (since this is where he is located...easier for him), this judge in Lakeland was awful and I had to pay an extra $300 dollars for the move, which he didn't even inform me of. Why he wanted to go to that judge was beyond me, because she was not good. He would never respond to my emails, when I called I was always told that he was out of the office and maybe the office staff could help answer a question. I would try to make apts to see him and he was always behind, seen me a lot later than our apt time and I always felt rushed. He seems to take on too many cases, and doesn't have the time he needs to make sure he is giving his attention to his client. He would also get my facts mixed-up and say that differently than I said. Way too much money, service was awful!
