I called Matt to assist with getting my Dad’s legal affairs in order. My dad has just been hospitalized in Lakeland but I was in Alabama. Matt was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He explain options and talked through pro and cons of each. Once a process was decided he completed all paperwork quickly and even offered to personally meet with my dad in the hospital to have everything signed while I dialed in from Alabama. Mr. Morrison has represented me throughout this process, no and I can confirm that the payments referenced in the review were agreed upon and documented between were agreed upon between all parties and Mr. Morrison. Chad signed as well It is important to note that probate can be a complex and lengthy process, often involving delays outside of the attorney’s control, such as waiting on financial institutions or resolving tax matters. In this case, Mr. Morrison has been diligent in communicating with all parties, including the individual who posted this review, about these unavoidable delays. Mr. Morrision does not work for Chad he works for me and I hired him not Chad. Mr. Morrison does not have to talk to Chad. He does not work for Chad I feel it is only fair to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Morrison and his team, who have been working to ensure the proper administration of the estate in compliance with legal requirements. Please read this before making a decision to hire Matt Morrison. Mr. Morrison is the probate attorney for my deceased father's estate. Six months into the probate process, Mr. Morrison asked that we pay him a lump sum of $100,000 for his services and that he would not submit any further billing.We paid the $100,000. A few months later, he asked for an additional $30,000, which was paid to him as well. Now we are 17 months into the probate process and he no longer responds to phone calls and emails. He also refused to send a simple collection letter to a company that owed $30,000 to the estate. I would not recommend him.

They are wonderful ! They help me with the probate process after the death of my mother. I will be using them again to start my own estate planning. Thanks again for everything
