As the Personal Representative of my late husband’s estate, I would like to address the review by Chad, which contains several inaccuracies. The individual who posted this review is not the client of Mr. Morrison; I am. Mr. Morrison has represented me throughout this process, no and I can confirm that the payments referenced in the review were agreed upon and documented between were agreed upon between all parties and Mr. Morrison. Chad signed as well It is important to note that probate can be a complex and lengthy process, often involving delays outside of the attorney’s control, such as waiting on financial institutions or resolving tax matters. In this case, Mr. Morrison has been diligent in communicating with all parties, including the individual who posted this review, about these unavoidable delays. Mr. Morrision does not work for Chad he works for me and I hired him not Chad. Mr. Morrison does not have to talk to Chad. He does not work for Chad I feel it is only fair to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Morrison and his team, who have been working to ensure the proper administration of the estate in compliance with legal requirements. I encourage anyone considering legal representation to reach out directly for a consultation and make an informed decision based on their own experience.

Please read this before making a decision to hire Matt Morrison. Mr. Morrison is the probate attorney for my deceased father's estate. Six months into the probate process, Mr. Morrison asked that we pay him a lump sum of $100,000 for his services and that he would not submit any further billing. We paid the $100,000. A few months later, he asked for an additional $30,000, which was paid to him as well. Now we are 17 months into the probate process and he no longer responds to phone calls and emails. He also refused to send a simple collection letter to a company that owed $30,000 to the estate. I would not recommend him.

As a retired law enforcement officer I have dealt with attorneys and found several I would not hire to help me. Mr matthew morrison is the most straight up and honest person I have had the pleasure to deal with.

Mr. Morrison was busy but was able to get back to me anytime there was an issue I had. I am very happy with my experience with him. We went over the case several times and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends.

To make a long story short, my wife (may she rest in peace) put a pretty serious review. It was a very stressful time and people tend to lash out in the heat of the moment. Matt is a good man and most of what happened was the courts fault. It did take some time to get the job done but it has been handled. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Matt again. Thank you sir!!!

I wont go into all details and try to make it short. We had NO CLUE about probates. Coming from two states that don't require them. We hired Matt before we realized we should have hired the original lawyer who drew up the will. He was cheap and said it will not take the 6mths the normal probates would take. Well even before we started the probate he had TO MANY PERSONAL ISSUES. Coming up with excuses and it took awhile but we got it done. The only thing in the will was the division of the sale of the home. We were given a gift(car) prier to my father-in-law passing. I doubt he knew the car had to be in the will as well, for taking care of my mother-in-law and him for 4 yrs after we moved down here to do so. Also I found out I have cancer and our car had to much mileage on it. My father in law was very secretive about his health and never told us how bad it was. We had the car for two weeks and never got to do the title transfer before he passed. NOT KNOWING that the car had to go through the probate until we went to transfer it. Well Matt said he will take care of it and file with the judge for an exemption. This was in JULY when we asked Matt to help. OVER N OVER again he said he said NOT TO WORRY. Told us DO NOT BUY another car. It will all work out. He will help and gave us hope. It is our only transportation for me to go get my treatments and my husband LOST his job in the mean time because he couldn't drive the car for it. We figure we can work on a cop with sympathy. Well we got screwed!! We have to get all the other heirs to sign the title so we can get it transferred! We know we will have an issue with his sister because the two DO NOT GET ALONG. SO now the car is ROTTING IN OUR DRIVEWAY. Will never get driven and we can get fined because we live in a community and if they see the registration expired they can fine us. Now I have to find another way to get to my treatments. Which are 21 miles from my home. My husband lost his job and we are on a fixed SS income now. ALL ALONG he kept saying do not worry, it will be ok, he knew the situation yet he screwed us again. The first was with the will. So much for getting an exemption he said he was going to ask for. Four months of waiting thinking it will ok. To find out now we can't buy a car and have nothing! My husband talked to him today and MATT called me and my husband liars! That was a low blow. DO NOT TRUST HIM! He has to much on his plate and will NOT WORK FOR YOU!

I hired Matthew to help my wife and I draft up a living will. For my wife and I this was a very awkward topic to discuss and one we put off until the last minute. Matthew was more than understanding to our wants and helped make this process very seamless. We had a trip planned out of the stated and were leaving our young child with family for the first time. We approached Matthew with our request at the last hour, a week before our trip. Matthew was able to draft a living will for us with all our request, and even added things we would never have thought of. Matthew treated us like we were family and made us feel very confident in our decisions. Matthew was able to pull together rescores at a late hour (my fault due to work) to make sure all document s were signed and notarized. Matthew took the time to read with us line by line to make sure our wishes would be fulfilled. I am more than confident in Matthews’s ability to operate with the law and take the time to make sure future clients understand every step along the way. I have and will continue to recommend Matthew to anyone needing legal services. Thanks Matt!
