After years of a frustrating process with our insurance company in regards to a denied sinkhole claim, we came to the conclusion that we would need to file a lawsuit. Mr. Stewart settled our sinkhole claim. We opened our claim with our insurance company in July 2011. It seemed little movement was made toward a resolution. Mr. Stewart took our case, after another attorney turned us away. We hired Mr. Stewart in September 2012 and he had a check from our insurance company in October 2012!! I wish we would've hired Mr. Stewart in the beginning!! He was always straight-forward with us, always answered our calls and emails in a timely matter.
