Hands down the best attorney in Florida! I was awarded everything I ask for. The staff are superb. Those that say that he is pricey need to think about what you are getting. He has given me his utmost attention to my case and so has his staff. I can't say enough about them. He will be my attorney for any future legal cases that I may have. I put my honesty and trust in him and he came through like a hero!

Excellent attorney but a bit pricey

I had relocated back to my home state with the intention of bringing my son with me. Since this did not happen and not knowing where to turn, I contacted a local attorney, and he recommended Mr. Peddy. It turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made. In the end my son was allowed to relocate to another state with me and I was awarded the majority of time-sharing with my son. Mr. Peddy was very honest with me about what I needed to do to prove that it was in the best interest of my son to reside with me. Mr. Peddy and his office staff worked very hard to assure that all of his t's were crossed and i's were dotted. The most impressive part of the long process was Mr. Peddy's knowledge and insight as to how to work the case. He was a master at adjusting his approach to each situation he was presented with and did this throughout the entire process. I honestly believe that if you are truly in the right, willing to be honest and do your homework, Mr. Peddy will find a way to get you what you deserve. I strongly recommend Mr. Peddy to anyone who is presented with a difficult case. The fact that my son was allowed to relocate out of state and that I was awarded the majority of time-sharing, says more than anything else I can say. He and his staff orchestrated the process magnificently.

I was contacted for an interview for a position the firm had available. Unfortunately, I did not get the position. However, I was quickly notified through email within a day or two that they had picked another candidate. Some other companies leave you wondering, I'm glad they let me know right away so I could move on and continue job searching. Even though I did not get the position I am still rating this firm 5 stars because of their promptness and professionalism. I came to Robert because my attorney tricked me and I needed to fire him, so I was very apprehensive about trusting any attorney. Robert was recommended to me by someone who is involved in the court system. He and Trish took care of my girls and they never gave up-even though the other side tried every nasty, underhanded trick in the book; Robert and Trish stood with me until the end, yielding a positive outcome!
