This lawyer including Lipinski, have had my case over a year. I've done all they have asked if me and here I am weeks before trial and do not know anything more than I did a year ago...no mention of any pleas being offered, no preparation to go to trial or depose witnesses ion my behalf...they are holding back info such as conversations with the DA and yet I'm not privy to that information ..I almost feel as though I'm being sandbagged and I will be offered a plea deal in a do or die situation where I have to make it right away...not happy at all

Had to fire him. He spoke to me in a condescending manner on more than one occasion. Who says to their client, "if you have money to go on vacation you have money to pay me another retainer fee."
