After a local landscape company was negligent in our installation we hired TR to assist. He came to a quick understanding of the situation, sent out the remediation needed, saved us a significant amount of over billing from the vendor, and got us the peace of mind we needed with a lien waver. TR and his team at MLG were fantastic to work with as our title company for closing on my family's new property in Bradenton, FL. We are relocating from California and TR made the closing process very easy on us. A cross-country move is stressful. T.R. Smith handled the sale of our single family home in Bradenton. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions that came up as we sold our house by-owner. He was excellent with communication by phone and email and never left a question unanswered; he made sure we understood everything before we entered our contract. All I can say is after dealing with the death of my Brother, Thomas not only handled everything with ease, and professionalism, he had compassion and understanding. I arrived 1 hour late for my appointment, and they were all ready to go to lunch. They saw my frustration when I finally arrived. They were gracious, and told me to sit down, relax and they would talk with me. That meant so much to me. For a bad situation, Thomas was calm, considerate, and really understood what I was going through. Even now a year later. something came up that had to be resolved, and Thomas again came through for me. I would recommend him for sure. I'm from Ohio, and I told him in my last e-mail to him that I wished he was up by me. I can go on and on, but I think by now you should get the point.
