I had a very long and complicated case and started it out with another attorney. When I spoke to Kyle the first time, I knew he was the one for the job. Mr. Stalnaker and his team managed it wonderfully. Kyle was always there for me and had expert advise. Now approximately two years later, I would not hesitate to recommend Stalnaker law to anyone.

I went through a divorce in 2000. After 21 years I got tired of paying alimony to an Ex who had cohabitated with her boyfriend for over 20 years. I retained Kyle Stalnaker services in January of 2021. After reviewing my case he said to me, "I think we can get you out of paying any further alimony." Kyle is organized, diligent, persistent and relentless when pursuing a case. So organized, that he is preparing his case for litigation from day one with attention to detail like a Neurosurgeon. Furthermore, his no nonsense approach is effective at keeping the opposition on their toes. The Ultimate result is that we were able to have the alimony permanently discontinued within 9 months (despite the COVID court backlog) thus severing the last tie to a long painful failed relationship.
