My experience with Cody was absolutely awesome. He responded to a question I posted on AVVO but then went above and beyond in helping me. He even offered to review my paperwork for free, on a public holiday. Why? Well to quote the man himself: "I enjoy being able to help people through my work." I consider that outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you need an attorney in Florida, he's your man!

Cody successfully fought for my wife and I in a case against a former landlord, who unjustly withheld a significant portion of our security deposit. His attention to detail, time invested in the case and overall efforts all stood out to us throughout the case and I was impressed with both his courtroom stature and his diligence behind the scenes. So far, hiring Cody to evict non-paying tenants from my home has been a smart decision.
