Mr.Miller is incredible! Extremely understanding and flexible with me and my case and was able to resolve within 24 hours of my consultation. I called with only 3 days to my court date. He expressed that there would be an extra fee because he’d have to pause his other cases to prioritize mine for the timing. He was also a rockstar on generating a payment plan and explaining his fees prior to service. My case was fully handled in 2-3 days and I don’t have any concerns! If I ever get in this situation again he will be my ONLY choice. He may be a lawyer but his customer service is above and beyond.

Joe Cairns is not even close to the attorney you want representing you. If you truly care for the babies you spend your life raising, or attempting for the opportunity to do just that, go anywhere but to this law firm. I feel for each of you who’ve been through what I’ve been through. Now, on top of dealing with all you do in a divorce, custody, or something you believe should be fairly simple… you now deal with pre-paying to be treated like straight trash. Let me assure you no one is calling you back. No one is thinking about your best interests. No one is receiving adequate representation. Not at Cairns law you’re not. Understand having an attorney does not guarantee outcome in your favor, but you should be informed, updated, and receive adequate representation. . Wasting your precious time hoping to hear from the attorney you paid to be your guide is not gonna happen. I know it sucks. You are not alone, believe me. Send a message for resolution. Save your emails. Print your call logs. Get a billing statement. Then file a complaint with the Florida bar, and make sure it’s solid. They will listen if it is. You can potentially get the money you handed over to Joe that became an EXCESSIVE amount because all he did was- absolutely nothing beneficial to you. This firm is predatory for spouses, and for sure parents! This firm’s consists of Jeneen the “paralegal” at the front desk with instruction from Joe the “attorney” to avoid all PAID clients, and be super helpful to the ones who will be paid clients. I will admit they have mastered the game. I am truly impressed at the skill level it takes to do this hundreds of times, without any consequences. You have rights. CTA!

When I got served I started receiving letters and David Miller was the one I chose; I have no regrets. He resolved my case in less than a week and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. His communication is on point and I highly recommend using his services. His timely service and kindness are noticed. I thank you for everything and will definitely reach out again if needed.

Finding the right attorney who brings honesty and integrity to his work — while being strong in his defense of his clients is a very challenging mix.. and David Miller brings these qualities and more to every client he works with. I recommend him highly and if you’re looking for that right mix of character with a guy who’s going to go into battle with you — he’s the guy you want .

Whoever works the intake system NEEDS to be fired immediately. Horribly rude woman. I called on behalf of someone in need of an attorney, I attempted to give her the name and phone number of the defendant and she was already acting grouchy since she picked up the phone, then when giving her the number she starts yelling '"CAN I TYPE? CAN YOU STOP SO I CAN JUST TYPE ALREADY?!?" She was literally raising her voice at me. I didn't even make it past the first 3 numbers and she started yelling at me for who knows what reason. FIRE THIS WOMAN. Just horrible. Who acts like that to potential clients?? Disgraceful.

At first I was excited feeling Joe cairn was interested in rectifying my case and helping reunite one of my 5 children back home… unfortunately that was short lived and Joe allowed my visits with my son to get stopped for no good reason making zero attempt at stopping it.. then he convinced me to end my case with zero visitation with promises of getting me into a regular family law court room and continuing the fight there and establishing visitation again thru that avenue.. this was February of 2023. Here it is February of 2024 and I’m still on a weekly basis literally begging for a response from Joe.. I have made SEVERAL appointments for communication that Joe would just not show for , I have went several months/weeks on several occasions with zero response from Joe… I have tried and have tried and tried to be patient but patience goes so far when it’s bold unprofessionalism, disrespect , and disregard. I got to a point where I asked Joe to return my retainer which he said he would and then several months of no contact again.. he finally answered back to sell a dream that he would be getting a hearing early January to reestablish visitation at the very least and has been since repeating his pattern of ignoring me.. I have proof of all this..Joe received money to handle my case and after a literal 3 months of zero communication told me I was wrong for not being patient because I should understand he has other cases… yet here I am a year later waiting for action, waiting for simple responses still.. do not trust cairn law firm there’s no excuse for the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced

Attorney Wheeler is hands down the best at what she does. She is understanding, attentive, fair, and represents her clients to the finish line. She helped me resolve my legal issue and won the trial by a mile! I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney.
