Whoever I talked to on the phone was very rude. I called to ask if they did quitclaims and was told "yes I do but I'm not going to help anybody". I knew there would obviously be a fee, and I didn't need to be talked to like I'm asking for handouts. A simple "yes I do for a small fee" would have sufficed.
