Joe is the star in court. I'm going thru tough times with my x and how he or his wife are not open to any communication, left me to choose to go to court. My child is first then a job. Joe has a great knowledge of how to prepare for a hearing. Thanks to whoever referred me to him. People with custody battle pick a lawyer who needs u to tell the truth. Not what u want to hear. Joe is the answer.

Mr. Valentine is an attorney that takes a case to heart. Through out my entire time with him I never once questioned what was going to happen next. He kept me informed, was fair priced, and truly wanted the best not just for me but for my family, which was the most important to me. I can not thank Bob enough for what he had done for my family, he was our angel in the darkest hour.

I retained Mr. Valentine in the 11th hour of my custody case. He quickly became familiar with my case and even let me to be hands-on by providing input and minor direction during litigation. He's a great listener and genuinely cares about his clients. Mr. Valentine was quick to point out discrepancies in OC's testimony. He was very direct, yet polite in his cross-examination. His court-room appearance is well put together and organized. I feel I had proper representation by Mr. Robert Valentine.

Cody Emerson is the worst attorney I have ever retained to date. He didn't handle my case at all how we discussed prior to retaining. He didn't handle it all according to plan through out the actual case. He was un-reachable for more than weeks at a time and never returned phone calls. I ultimately came to the decscion to terminate him as my lawyer and look for another. He wasted all my money for retainer on a plan that was against my reasons for hiring him. Do yourself the favor, STAY away from Cody Emerson. You would be doing yourself a huge favor. He doesn't file paperwork promptly, he doesn't return your calls or emails and will go against an outlined planned to steal your retainer and rack the bill up. Avoid Cody Emerson at all costs.

Mr. Emerson guided my through a messy custody case. He handled every aspect of my case from custody to child support. The entire process could have been a nightmare, but Mr. Emerson was on top of every date and continually reminding me of paperwork and such on my end. If you want an attorney very attentive to your case as well as yourself I would highly Recomended Mr.Emerson.

Joe represented the responded and I was the petitioner. Family court was the worst experience of my life and dealing with my child's Mother in court was a roller coaster. But Joe is a stand up guy, treated me with respect and dignity, and I could clearly see he always had our son's interest in mind. Anybody is in good hands with this guy.

I feel like I can trust these guys to do what is best for me. They care and show it. The advice and guidance is both excellent and reassuring though this process.

Jerica was GREAT at handling things very carefully, if there are assets, children, relationships, that need either handled delicately or firmly, she will know exactly what to do to protect you and do her best to keep you out of an elongated battle and minimize trauma to all involved parties.

I hired Joseph about a month ago for a nasty divorce which I am in the process of. She has filed false claims and with the help from Joseph we were able to have them dismissed in court. While we are still working on the divorce, I have to say he feels like more than a hired attorney. He has answered any questions, always offered his time beyond what was expected and has given honest inputs and opinions. He gives off the feeling that you are his only client with how much he seems invested in your case. Without his help thus far I feel as if this entire divorce would be out of my hands and I would be losing my daughter which is the most important part of my life. Unfortunately my son will be getting a divorce. Through another referral I sent my son to Joe's firm and the kind of language my son used to describe how he was treated and the fast action taken as well as the advice were not typical of my son. He used words like "wow, he's good", "got straight down to business and I had an agreement ready to be delivered in 24 hours". He took great pains to walk him through every immediate detail and asked important questions about what he really wanted to have happen in the future. While it sounds not that uncommon, I assure you it is! If you need someone who cares and gets the job done, then Joe should be your next call.
