Mr. Pingor was my regional council 10 years ago. He was horrible then. I did a program so I wouldn't go to prison after I completed it, he told me they ran out of funding so I went to prison. Now 10 years later I was assigned him again. Same repeat. No contact with him, the day I called him to discuss my case he tried to get me to take a plea deal I wouldn't so he hung up on me. Very rude disrespectful and flat out do not care what so ever . You will have a better chance fighting for yourself. Run from this man

I received a flyer in the mail from Brian after I was taken in on a warrant. Initially I was impressed by his credentials and experience so I called his office for a consult. However, before I spoke with him I did some research and saw SOOOOOOO many TERRIBLE reviews that I was hesitant to speak with him but I still kept an open mind.
**DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY** I highly suggest that you run. He is VERY unprofessional, rude and arrogant and I do not take using those words to describe someone very lightly. After speaking with him for 20 minutes I felt so insulted and my hands were shaking. Find literally anybody else.. this guy isn't going to give you the time of day or the attention that your case deserves.

Brian is amazing I have had him on and off for over a decade. He is honest and fight's for you. He is not the kind of attorney who will throw you under a bus to get a better deal for another client. Allot of attorney want 3000.00 retainer not him he is fair and will even take payment in incriments. Some judges are harder than others and he knows what he can do with each and everyone. Hands down best attorney in criminal defense in the state of Florida. I have not only had him represent myself I have refered him to several people over the years and everyone thanks me, one friend was facing 10 years had been fighting for 2 years with no hope in sight. Brian got him 60 days in jail and probation. A miracle worker.

Brian Pingor saved my life in court. With no hope left I was looking at a minimum 5yrs in prison for a possession in a school zone. I was referred to Brian by a company named Central Florida Financial. Brian told me to give him $1200 and don't worry about it and have $600 by my court date. I was only able to give him $700 total and Brian still showed up to my court date and saved my career. The company I worked for of 2 yrs closed down at this time. I only wish I could've finished paying him. I refer everyone I know to him only.

HORRIBLE ATTORNEY!!!!! VERY RUDE. HUNG UP ON ME. DISRESPECTED MY FIANCE. TOLD ME HES NOT MY ATTORNEY EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ON MY COURT PAPERWORK RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME SIGNED BY THE JUDGE THAT HE IS MY ATTORNEY. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, AND AGAIN VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER IN 10,000 YEAR RECOMMEND BRIAN PINGOR TO BE ANYONE ATTORNEY UNLESS YOU WANT JAIL TIME.

I hired him on behalf of my friend in which I had Power of Attorney over. He talked very professional and promising as if we had many options. However, once he was paid he did not even recognize our name without his file. My friend sat in jail over a year while Brian kept rescheduling. In the end, he wanted us to side with the state and did nothing additional. We could have went with the free PD for that type of service.
There were multiple occasions where after speaking with him I would follow up his answers with the clerk of court and find that he did not even answer my questions correctly. I wish I read the reviews first.

Brian was appointed through Regional Council as my daughters Attorney (Public Defender). I know these lawyers are over worked and under paid for the Services they provide. They don't always have time to visit Clients in jail before the court dates, so what. Brian has years of experience, is well connected in and with the Legal System in Pinellas County. He knows most of the Judges and Prosecutors. Count your blessings if you get him assigned as a Public Defender. He gets results. My daughter was facing one year plus of Prison Time, Brian negotiated a six month County Jail sentence. Much less than many of my daughter's "cell mates" who had similar charges and situations. I did find him to be short on time (all of these lawyers are) but he was always responsive to my inquiries and questions. At the end of the day - RESULTS are what COUNTS. And this is where Brian excels. Thank you Brian!!

Mr. Pingor was given my daughters case as Regional Council by the Public Defender’s office due to a conflict of interest. He was given her case on October 12th 2017. Her pre-trail hearing was on November 20th (39 days later). In those 39 days Mr. Pingor did not contact my daughter who was sitting in jail, not even one time. I had spoken to his office a couple times and my daughter tried calling his office from the jail three times but was unable to speak to anyone. What kind of lawyer leaves a client in jail for over 30 days without contacting them? When her court date arrived Mr. Pingor was late by over an hour and when he arrived he was wearing a tee-shirt. He told the judge he was not aware of this case until just that day. This is an outright lie. There was no excuse for his not speaking to my daughter prior to her court date, no excuse for showing up late and no excuse for his appearance in the court that day. We plan to register complaints again Mr. Pingor with the Florida Bar Association. Two weeks before my daughters court date I went to another pre-trial hearing to observe. Mr. Pingor had a client he was supposed to represent on this day and he was not present this day either and his client was assisted by another attorney in the court room.

My experiences with this lawyer has been terrible his lack of communication is the main issue ,he also carry himself in a professional manner I was appointed him by the court through Regional Council he mentioned several times how he could have been getting paid $10,000 to be representing me! Brian pingor lacked giving my case the attention that it needed he rushed me off of our telephone conversations and he rushed me out of his office I never felt like I knew what was going on with my case until I talk to the judge on the court date he needs to be investigated and looked at there needs to be a new supervisor for the Regional Council because he is unprofessional

Great job negotiating a fair disposition. It helps to have the age and experience and to have worked in this county for his entire career. All the judges know him ans treat him well.

My first point of contact with this law firm was his assistant Kelly, whom is wonderful, patient and knowledgeable, she immediately got me in contact with Brian. Upon my first conversation with him I knew he was the right attorney for my case. I always felt that my needs were met and that the he was invested in me and my case. I thank Brian for giving my case his personal attention and getting me my life back!
