I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Pingor. He has represented me on two occasions, and was able to be successful through both. Mr. Pingor was there to guide me and advise through every step of the process and would keep me updated to any and all information, which made me feel very confident in the way he was handling me case. Mr. Pingor is a attorney who has his clients best interest at heart and is with his clients through the entirety of the case. He quelled my stress and anxiety with his intelligence and tenacity. He is a attorney I would and will recommend to anyone who requires a experienced, determined attorney.
Thank you Mr. Pingor. You're the best.

I engaged Mr. Pingor to represent my son in a criminal matter. Mr. Pingor was, in my opinion, able to work magic in the situation. He was able to persuade the Assistant State Attorney to reduce my son's charges which allowed us to resolve the case short of trial in a very favorable way. My family couldn't be happy with the extraordinary job Mr. Pingor performed.

Apathetic to say the least. I chose this attorney because of his excited attitude on the phone. Long story short I was waiting in my car for my ride to come and get me, and the fact that I had been sitting outside waiting on them caused him to say "Oh that's an easy one! You paid the tab at 1100 and the cop found you in the parking lot after midnight shows you weren't going to drive anywhere". So that, and researching him on FB made me think he was the guy for me. Boy was I wrong. He put off the PTC for 7 months. I thought it was gathering info, doing paperwork stuff etc. In fact, the letter he was to send to the state that said I was waiting on my cousin never got sent. I asked for copies of the letter, asked if I should send the letter, asked what info was needed from me for the letter.....all I ever got was that "Brian will take care of that". Being that he never asked me for the name of the person coming to get me (information he said he would NEED for the letter) it's safe to assume it never got sent. As of today (almost 8 months after my DUI arrest) I've still received no copies of the letter.
Also, I spoke to this guy ONE TIME before my case. Kelly the receptionist was the only helpful person there. He basically blew smoke up my behind and acted like he was doing something when in fact there was NOTHING GOING ON. My attorney friend said likely he kept postponing the PTC so that he could line a few clients up for one day. Who knows...
On the date of my ptc, 7 months after my arrest, he showed up late to the courthouse and walked right by me and proceeded to talk with the bailiff guys. Basically ignored me. By the time he finished talking with them he got a plea agreement and told me we were gonna just "get it all done today" like we were going to ask for some kind of break. Basically the guy had me sign a form that plead me guilty...basically there was no need whatsoever for me having an attorney. I could just as easily have plead guilty from day one and LITERALLY been done with my suspension! I thought what we were doing was getting adjudication withheld but that wasn't the case.
Long story short, I am speaking to a local attorney and will file a complaint with the BAR.
DO NOT use this guy as an attorney. He is terrible and in my case did absolutely none of the things he said he would.

He took my money and did nothing to even advise me. He was late to all my court dates and was unprofessional. He spoke to me and several of his clients( as i was sitting in his office I could hear) very unprofessionally. Brian is not a good lawyer. Any public defender would do a better job.

I came to Mr. Pingor with a very tricky situation, and he handled it like a champ. I am thankful that I chose him as my lawyer. He kept me informed (despite the time of day) through the entire situation. The services he performs and the way he performs them are incomparable. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the law, and that was proven in my case. His office is friendly and helpful as well. In addition, his fees are more than reasonable. I hope that I do not ever need a lawyer again, but if I do, there is no question that I would choose Mr. Pingor - hands down.

Mr. Pingor handled my boyfriends case and had him out promptly while answering any and all questions that I had regarding his case and or any court dates. He returned my calls any time I reached out to him whether it be early in the morning or late in the evening. He's blunt and to the point and gives you realistic expectations regarding your case. He does expect to get paid but I'm pretty sure anyone working and putting in effort on a job requires the same. I have not one negative thing to say about Mr. Pingor.. he got my boyfriends case reduced to what it should be and was professional and positively knew the ins and outs of our judicial system like the back of his hand. I'd use him again and recommend him to anyone I know looking for an attorney. He's excellent!!!

Mr Pingor is my attorney and I find that he has done a excellent job representing me.. Of course he wants to be paid for his services.. The same reason we all go to work.. Being in trouble is an awful experience, having a knowledgeable professional working for you is all you can hope for. Mr Pingor is not a hand holder, but he does get the job done.

I hired him to work on my boyfriends case. He was able to get the charges thrown out. He came to court on Christmas day to take care of bail and he was able to have it reduced so I was able to get him out within a week.
