I can't say enough about Ann Spalding, Esq. She helped settle a contested estate in a very dysfunctional family and never seemed to lose her cool. She worked well with the estate attorneys and prevented what would have ended up as a disproportionate settlement of the assets. She knew Florida realestate law well and her fees were more than reasonable.
