I used Ms. Fisher well over a year ago. I won my case, I mean I could have with any lawyer, but ultimately she screwed me and my mother over by misinforming us. She said that in order to get my son's father to pay for the attorney fees that the case would open back up and he would have an opportunity to get "more rights." That statement is true, time way down the road!! Not directly after the order when these things are supposed to be done! Costing us at least $2500 which was owed back to my Mother from my ex for making us go through this bs in the first place! Assuming that since she got paid her's, who cares about mine and she didn't want to deal with it. I found this out today by a Very experienced attorney who I questioned about it. And now after getting on here and seeing the other reviews... I guess it doesn't surprise me! Go to Tavares for your lawyer!!!!!

They did a good job handling my case. Patti her assistant guided me through the entire process.

She is a ripoff!!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER. spent OVER 15000 thousand dollars .SHE TOLD US it would be 6000 if we had to go to court ..$150 voice message to give an example. WE HAD A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS COMING BACK TO US AND SHE SPENT A OVER A MONTH WITH HER BILLING BREAK DOWN TO COMPLETELY USE EVERY CENT ... CROOKED WOMAN ...CARMA WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND STAY AWAY FROM JODI FISHER LAW. OH AND SOMEONE ELSE POSTED A BAD REVIEW AND SHE CALLED SCREAMING AND THREATENING US AND ACCUSING ME OF THE POST .... WHICH IT WASN'T......THIS ONE IS

Save your self from this attorney. She likes to over CHARGE and not be on your side. Worst attorney ever

I had a possible pending case that I consulted Jody Fishers office about. Everyone in this office was extremely helpful and courteous! Every question I had whether in person or on the phone was answered with knowledge and advice, that made me feel more at ease with my situation. The best customer service I've experienced anywhere! Would highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of legal help!

Horrible. In my opinion, The worst attorney ever. I paid her to handle my divorce for me. I wanted to move out of state with my son. I asked that there be an iron clad contract. All in all the contract was not as iron clad as I thought. I might as well had written it in crayola and saved myself 5k... the results would've been the same. When I gave her the specifics that I wanted in the contract every draft she gave me was missing what I had asked to be put in there. Maybe she's done better with other people I don't know, but in my opinion I feel like it was a mistake for me to hire this woman. I felt like once I had already paid that she didn't really care as much as she presented in the initial meeting.

After a particularly ugly divorce I had a custody issue involving my grandson. We had moved to Pennsylvania and my ex was still in florida. I chose Jody because she is certified in PA and fl. These things always take time and are ultimately expensive. Not only was I in PA but my case was in Volusia County which is world's away for both of us. Jody was always upfront and took the time to listen to me. She and her staff were always quick to respond and believe me there were lots of emails and phone calls. She got my grandson out of this legal system and made me whole again. I owe her everything and she was happy to receive a thank you. Jody my grandson was allowed to be that little boy and is now 10 years old. Playing baseball, football, cubscouts and now playing the guitar for the past year. I could never repay you for all you have done. Andy
