If you need an attorney in FL then you need to call Kyle McLeod! I was a non-FL resident with a unpaid driving with an expired DL charge and warrant for my arrest and needed an attorney to fight my case. I made calls to a few different attorneys after researching online and from there on Kyle set himself apart and delivered every step of the way. First of all, he was the first to call me back. It was also HIM calling! Not some assistant or online chat message but actually Kyle himself. He really cares about his reputation and practice and went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. After giving him the rundown of my case over the phone since I am living in KS, he told me exactly what he thought it would take to resolve and completely underpromised and overdelivered. I had a warrant for my ARREST in FL and after signing a retainer for his services on a MONDAY, the next TUESDAY morning I got a call saying it was already resolved and all I needed to do was pay court fees. I overnighted a check for the court fees and by WEDNESDAY, he was mailing me original copies of dismissal forms and forms needed to get my DL reinstated. I am writing this on the following WEDNESDAY because I got all documents and now have a brand new DL in my hands. From start to finish I went from having a criminal charge and warrant out for my arrest to now just 9 days later having a VALID DL. Thats incredible. On top of that, Kyle does and has every quality that you would want from an attorney...he is professional, a nice guy, updated me with phone calls and texts throughout the process, managed my expectations, and ultimately got the outcome I was hoping for and did it crazy fast! He is worth every penny and there is no way any other attorney could have possibly done anything better than he did...he really did set the BAR for FL Attorneys!
