A thousand “Thank you’s” to Attorney Gripp and paralegal Chris in protecting a vulnerable, disabled person from an immediate eviction. Matthew Gripp and Chris Giard spent much time explaining options for our family member as well as intervening with the property manager who was not following proper eviction rules. Their hard work and determination protected our family member from being thrown on the street until stable, supportive housing could be found. They are true life savers! Anyone needing assistance will be relieved to know they are in capable, compassionate, knowledgeable hands. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
