Mr. Munizzi eloquently walked our company through a legal situation regarding a General Contractor not paying out submitted Draws. Mr. Munizzi made a difficult situation extremely easy. He worked quickly and helped with submitting a lien on the property, dealt with all communications with the Owner's Lawyer to retrieve money owed, and he always kept us informed on the proceedings. Our issue was resolved and we are more than stratified with the work from Mr. Munizzi. If we could give him 10 stars we would!

I had a dispute with my new home builder who forgot to install a standard feature from my home and treated the situation very casual and dismissive. I hired Justin to revamp my company's corporate documents, as well as our customer contract. I was prepared to spend some money, but was actually surprised with the flat fees he quoted me--much cheaper than expected.
