Horrible. Returning a call after inquiring for information gets you hung up on, put on hold forever, and forced to field defensive comments such as, 'Oh, you want to talk to (the person who called you)? Try the department he works in.' This is rude and unnecessary behavior, and doesn't give me much faith I'd be fairly and compassionately represented in the courtroom if I hired this firm. What a disappointment.
