My experience with Rosenfelt Family Law I had recently been divorced not even a year yet. I was issued a Summons to modify the Parental Plan, visitations, responsibility, and Time-Share, not sure in which direction to go, I really didn’t want to do it on my own and wanted to retain a lawyer. I called Rosenfelt Family Law for a consultation I am glad I did. Even though I did not retain Mr. Rosenfelt , I would defiantly refer him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable in his practice. He is fair and very honest. Mr. Rosenfelt would rather you and the other party try and mediate the issue first before taking it to the next level. What I got out of the consultation was the confidence and the know how to do this on my own without Mr. Rosenfelt representing me. Mr. Rosenfelt understands what families are going through when a divorce is the only option left. I really appreciate the advice and time in the consultation we had. William is a knowledgeable professional, always ready to answer questions you may have or questions you don't know to ask, and if he doesn't have the answers immediately gets them for you. He goes out of his way to understand your situation and guide you through the processes of divorce, be they legal or personal(IE coping) and from his copious experience it seems there is little he hasn't seen making it easier for a smooth transition and process. He lets you know what's a good idea, a bad idea, and especially if you know little about the legal system, explains in layman's terms why something is a good or bad idea(or, if in a grey area, possible outcomes/consequences of said idea). He has high availability to his clients and keeps his focus on your goals and what it takes to move them forward. Highly recommended for folks looking for a near seamless(as it can get in a divorce, anyway) transition.

I met with a few lawyers before deciding on working with Bill. I have no regrets. I had an uncontested divorce and he was able to help deliver a proposal to my ex very quickly and got final judgement in record time. He knew the urgency at which we wanted to wrap up divorce proceedings and he did everything to minimize the back and forth. Divorce after a 15-year marriage is hard enough and he made the whole process feel very easy. He was very responsive and never hesitated to answer my questions quickly and accurately. I would recommend him to anyone that needed to hire a great family lawyer.

Mr. Rosenfelt is very well versed in all aspects of family law. He is extremely responsive with any questions and concerns that may arise at any given moment. It is very apparent that he cares about myself and my children. It isn’t very hard to see that he loves what he does and excels at it. If you want someone to protect, guide you and respect your wishes he certainly is the lawyer to hire! I can’t say enough about him and I am blessed and thankful for his hard work and dedication.

Fantastic lawyer - high integrity I was really impressed with Bill Rosenfelt. He was extremely responsive, i had a consulting appointment within a day or two. He was able to get an understand my situation quickly and gave me some good advice. Most impressively though -and that speaks to his high integrity as a lawyer - he ultimately suggested that I seek the help of a large law firm as my case would be so complicated that I would be betters served with a firm with the capacity of many associates. It showed me that Bill has MY best interests in mind and not interested in simply making money off a client. I was super impressed by that. I chose William Rosenfelt to handle my divorce case because he had some wonderful reviews.  He did not disappoint!  In a situation that could have easily gone volatile he listened to me and worked with me in the manner that I asked him to which was to give me instructions one step at a time so as not to overwhelm me and to work diligently and peacefully to make sure my ex husband and I were both satisfied with our outcome.  He worked hard to make sure he kept my legal expenses down as well.  I would highly reccomend him!
