If your in trouble call David Webster! He’s extremely responsive and reassuring! He’s easy to talk to and will not make you feel uncomfortable about your case! He stays on top of what’s happening to your case before you even hear anything about it that’s amazing! David is super easy to get in contact with if you have a question and also quick to respond via email. He knows the law and is extremely confident! Don’t waste your money on a iffy attorney take my word your money is not wasted with David. Rest assured! Yes he won my case let him win yours too!

I highly recommend David and his law firm. I hired David a couple months ago and I am pleased with the outcome of my case. They were very attentive to my needs and clearly explained everything to me.

Great staff, Mr Webster's knowledge of the law and professional is superb. I would strongly recommend to anyone. Mr Webster guided me and my son from turning him-self in on an active warrant to getting the charges dismissed. They provided excellent service.

Mr.Webster handled a probation violation In which my warrant i was unaware of was out for over a year. He had to deal with 2 counties, loose ends my prior atty. did not close, also left a case open. He promptly took care of everything keeping myself and my family informed at all times. In my opinion I honestly dont know how he did what he did, nothing short of amazing. Hire him.

I was accused of a heinous crime, very upsetting, very bad. I felt that even though I did NOTHING it is one person's word/recollection versus mine; given the gravity of the charges, who would want to stand for me or defend me? David and his staff, along with the folks he hired to help all were professional, I never felt "judged". David said "don't panic, there is nothing to panic about" but it was a trying experience. Now that the accusations have proven false, I am relieved, and realize that the team David assembled are of such high quality, it helped me be calm along the way. I cannot thank him enough, worst experience but I met some great people, which makes it not so bad.

Dave Webster’s presence in the courtroom is larger than life. His stature, speaking ability, preparation, ability to improvise Faster than then anyone I have seen, and I work on trauma teams with the very best people in regards to processing information fast. Davids memory is nearly photographic and his ability to think fast for his clients is well above average. Amazing, is a word that is not good enough. He and his staff are always accessible in a timely manner. No matter how daunting the situation. Dave is always honest but in a way that is positive and extremely helpful. I have a full time job plus belong to a couple of very busy organizations, so I never take time out to write reviews. However, David Webster (Vanessa, and his staff) were so exemplary in the services provided that I am compelled to give credit where it is most certainly due. Dealing with a legal issue can be stressful and extremely distracting from whatever your life's mission is. In times like this, having an effective team on your side to advocate your position minimizes your stress, ensures there are no missed directions/communications from the courts to you (the client), and most of all ensures no miscommunication. #Priceless! I was having a nervous break down, about picking a lawyer and I was referred to Mr Webster by a police officer that held him in high regards. I am so happy I did, he got my criminal case dropped completely and everything gone without having me step into a courtroom. Not only that but he was great about responding and putting my mind as ease. Highly recommend and worth it!

If you read no other review, please read this one! In today’s day and age, we rely heavily on the experiences of others and this could be the single most important decision you make in your life or the life of a loved one. My mom, who has been a pillar and servant of Seminole County her entire life, made one mistake based on emotion and paid a very heavy price for it. We had originally hired a different attorney by the name of Isadore Hyde, who gladly excepted our $7000 and gave us many promises. None of which he kept. In that entire time, the best and only deal on the table, was a 5 year prison sentence. His office wouldn’t even answer the phone once the money had been paid. I made the decision to hire a different attorney and it was the best decision we ever could have made! David Webster is NOT all about the money, as was mentioned below, in the ONLY negative review written about him on any review site. In fact, he wouldn’t even take our case until he had made a few calls and knew for sure he could help us. We hired David on Jan 2nd and 2 weeks to the day, my mom was being released on probation. With good behavior, she will complete that probation in 2 1/2 years. I couldn’t have been more pleased with David and his staff from the first minute I walked into his office. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, he visited my mom the very next day (took the other attorney 6 weeks to visit my mom), Vanessa began plans for an evaluation that very first day, his receptionist sent me email updates, etc etc. They were all on top of their game from the very beginning. This nightmare ended Jan 16th, but David has continued to check in and answer any questions or concerns we might have. In no way is this a characteristic of someone who is in it for the money! If we still had the other attorney, my mom would still be in jail. The next scheduled date we had with him was a deposition scheduled for the middle of Feb. Who knows how long this would have dragged out. I don’t even want to think about what the outcome could have been! I hope I will never need legal services again, but should I or anyone I love ever be in a similar position, I know my only call will be to David Webster!!!
